I have Virtual 4.3.36 setup within a Ubuntu 14.04 Guest which itself is running on top a of Windows 2008 Host in the latest Windows version Virtualbox.
Acceleration (which allows for running Windows 64-bit for Cuckoos Sandbox) works fine on the Ubuntu hosts, but is not available for hosts created within the Ubuntu host itself.
Is there a way to get this going?

VMX is not passed through so only 32-bit guests can be used in a nested virtualization scenario. Also note that Nested virtualization is not supported.
