Debug guest machine from another guest

Hello,
I have a Xubuntu host machine, who run two guests, a linux box and a win7 box. On the win7 box i have debugger installed.
I want to debug the linux box (there is no OS actually, just a MBR) from the win7 box with my debuger, because i want to see what the program in the MBR do.
I configure my linux and win7 box like in this tutorial: https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-set-u ... virtualbox
Except on my virtualbox version (5.0.14_Ubuntu r105127) there isn't the "create pipe" option at the place in have "connected to a an existant pipe", so when i start it i have this error:
How can i correct this?
Thank you.
