bad czech charset keyboard

I have bad keyboard charset and key [+=] isn't working in windows XP. I used to last version Sun Virtual Box, Ubuntu and windows xp image.
I think I have a similar problem. Running virtual box woth Windows XP under a ubuntu 8.04 host, windows finds a "Standard 101/102-key keyboard" while the actual keyboard type is 105-key. Therefore, some chars are not displayed correctly. And when you uninstall the keybard it is automatically found by windows next time it starts...
Is there a way to fix it? Such a thing never happened to me on previous versions of virtual box. Thanks!
