Webcam Micro does not work

Hallo,
I use for the Windows 10 VM a Logitech C 525 webcam. In the device menu is an entry as USB device and a separate webcam entry. If I activate the USB entry the webcam is activated but does not work. If I disactivate the USB entry an activate the webcam entry the camera works but the builtin microphone does not work. How can I make work both the camera and the microphone?
