host OS : Ubuntu 14.04.
guest OS : windows 7 and Install skype.

I need to use "share screen" feature in skype(guest os) to share host screen (Ubuntu screen), so how can i solve or config it ?

I don't believe this is possible. The way it works the guest is a separate OS from the host and not an application.
