I'm running VirtualBox 5.0.16 on Ubuntu 14.04

Guests are Windows XP Prof. SP3 and Windows 7 Prof. SP1

I need german Keyboard-Layout ...

On Ubuntu german layout is active. On the guests I cannot get it ...
Guest additions 5.0.16 are installed too ...

Do you have the solution for me??

You were asked during installation of Windows - if you installed it yourself from a valid install CD/DVD - what keyboard layout to use. Post boot you can change it in Control Panel. Google has details.

Moving this to "Windows Guests" since the host isn't relevant.
