A little problem with the seamless mode in my pc

Hi, guys
I installed windows xp in my virtualbox.
And my host is ubuntu 8.04.
After I try to use the seamless mode in virtualbox, I find that the guest OS(XP)'s taskbar panel superposes on the ubuntu's taskbar.
But I see that the guest OS's taskbar appears above the linux's taskbar in the Virtualbox's Help document.
