Hi.
Our systems admin is on sick leave and I have been asked to step in for him. I encounter the situation below:
First there was power problem in server room and somehow the VGA cards for the server does not work (as in display anything on screen).
Second we have a Oracle Linux host running Windows VMs. When we start the VMs from our desktops, the VMs start with no problem.
Once we disconnect the session from the client to the host, the VMs crash. We have tried various methods of connecting to the clients eg GUI and CLI, we get the same results on both.
Help us on what we could be doing wrong so that at the end the VMs run independent of the client connection sessions.
I thank you
Otukile

I have no idea what that means.otukile360 wrote:Once we disconnect the session from the client to the host, the VMs crash.
If you just want to move a VM to a new folder, read Howto: Move a VM.
