COM Surrogate crashes because of VBoxOGL.dll
Posted: 8. Mar 2016, 12:01
Hi,
I am running a Windows 7 guest on a Linux host (Bodhi 3.1: Ubuntu 14.04 derivative).
I've activated 3D effect.
When I open an image from the file browser, I get a crash message from COM Surrogate. Looking at the error from the Maintenance center it states that the module VBoxOGL.dll is involved.
I assume I should not use 3D ... but I don't know how to switch it off.
Any clues ?
Cheers,
L@u
