Virtualbox 5.0 always freezes after a few minutes

Hi!!

In a Ubuntu host Virtualbox 5.0.x always freezes after a few moments. Whatever Ubuntu I use, whatever Virtualbox 5.0 version I use, whatever distro I install as guest, always happens the same: I log in the desktop and after a few moments Virtualbox freezes, then have to force restart.

However, this doesn't happen with Virtualbox 4.0.

Please, how could I fix this? It's very annoying, specially if it's upgrading the kernel.

Pick one example and post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Thanks for your response. Now I'm running Ubuntu 15.10 (As daily driver, updated all packages) as host and Ubuntu Mate 16.04 Beta as guest, Virtualbox 5.0.16.
