Windows can't Detect my External USB HDD or Pendrive.

Hello.
I installed a Windows guest on VirtualBox and when I plug a USB device and want mount it to my Guest Windows OS, Windows can't detect it. I attached a photo about error.
I changed some parameters in "/etc/udev/rules.d/ 99-android.rules", Can it make problem ?
