VirtualBox on ubuntu Hardy on intel 64bit

I see that OSE version of VBox will work on 64bit intel ubuntu, but I can't find anything saying the Sun binaries will, and I need headless and VRDP. I am sorry if this is the wrong place, but can someone answer that for me, or point me in the right direction?
