microxp do not have ics so quest os can't share internet to host os
There's your problem. You need a real XP installation to share the internet coming to the guest back to the host.

After you get the official licensed XP, you would need to have your guest network set to Bridged. This way your guest and host will be both on the same network and all normal networking services can be used. Or you might need two NICs in your guest, one Bridged to pick up the internet feed, the other Host-Only to share with the guest's internet. All of this is theoretical, I have never tried getting the internet into just the guest then sharing it back to the host. It's more usual to share internet the other way round.

NAT requires the host to have the internet access for the guest to be able to have it.

MicroXP seems to be warez, best forget about that and not bring it up again. Virtualbox can't be seen helping folks break EULAs, the lawyers will eat VB for breakfast.
