How to enable AMD VT-X on Windows 10 Toshiba Statelite C855D

I'm trying to run Ubuntu 64 Bit but it requires AMD VT-X enabled. I tried looking in BIOS but I could not find anything even remotely related to VT-X or Virtualization. I have tried looking for answers on Google but I wasn't able to find anything. Is there a way to enable without BIOS?

There is no such thing as "AMD VT-x". The AMD hardware virtualization technology is called AMD-v. The technology found in Intel CPUs is called VT-x.
Given this level of confusion about your host machine it isn't possible for us to give any advice. In any case we know nothing about your host BIOS. You need to research that in your PC's hardware manual, or ask the manufacturer on an appropriate forum.

Does this help?

Not really, other than clarifying that you have an AMD CPU, so you need to enable AMD-v. VT-x doesn't exist for you.
Otherwise, see the last sentence of my previous reply. We don't keep PC specific information here.
