VirtualBox 5.0.14 can't create 64-bits VM on Sun Blade X6250

Hi all,
In our lab we have a machine with this characteristics: Sun Blade X6250 Server Module, ILOM v3.0.6.13, r52345, Windows Server 2012 R2.
In that machine we have created VM's with Hyper-V and it's able to see 64-bits architecture (our VM's can be 64-bits VMs). But if we install VirtualBox 5.0.14, it just can create 32-bits VM's, so it seems that VT-x is not recognized by VirtualBox. We think that kind of virtualization is activated, because Hyper-V is able to create that kind of VM's. Anyway we checked Bios.... but there is not VT-x activation options.
Due to the fact that Virtualbox and Sun Blades are Oracle products, I would like to know if it's possible to create 64-bits VMs over this configuration. Are we doing something wrong?
