Guest: Windows 8.1
VirtualBox: 4.3.10_Ubuntur93012

For some reasons, `apt-get dist-upgrade` just bump my version from 4.3.10 to 4.3.34 and I got this error when using `vboxheadless`:

So, I have to downgraded to 4.3.10:

I would like to create a new VM by cloning an existing Windows 8.1 VM but I got the below error when starting:
