Win xp 32bit shutdown after startup problem

Dear Friends,
Recently I bought a new laptop and copied the entire old .vdi folder to a new VM directory. I added the VM machine by "NEW" -> 1024 memory ram and choosing the old .vdi as drive unit. At the first run, VM displayed an error, I don't remember what exactly was the error after WELCOME. but I click on "ACEPT" and the system shutdown and reboot. In the next startup, the VM boot and reboot automatically after the WELCOME windows.
I've tried to run into the safemode, and it run without any problem.
The VM is running on WINDOWS 10.
Any idea?
THANK YOU!
