Andriod USB Devices not installing Win 7

I am a Developer and require to view the Android mobiles in the VM Virtual box.
Host = Win7 (64bit)
Guest = Win7 (32bit)
VM Virtualbox 5.0.14
I have installed the Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.0.14-105127.vbox-extpack always shows as USB Device not recognised
I have tried Samsung / Lenovo and Micromax
