So I am running VBox on a Windows 7 Pro host. I have a Ubuntu 14.03 Guest VM.
I am working on an application that uses websockets. I have the server.js as well as
the client.js on the same VM. During my development, I start and stop my server application
often, however for some reason, occasionally the server app will not start up again.
The only way I can get the server app to run again is by reboot the host box.

I have tried stopping the guest in order to reboot the box, but the window that pops up
saying Stopping the guest never completes. I have to use the task manager to stop it.
When I restart VirtualBox and then try to restart the Guest, it will not start!

Here is the failure I get after using the Task Manager to stop it, although it may be because I forced the stop via Task Manager?

Why is there four VirtualBox.exe processes running when I try to start up a single Vbox guest? (see attachement).
