kubuntu setup wont start

Hi volks,
I recently reinstalled my Windows, because of this Ive downloaded v5 of Virtualbox (befor 4.3 was installed and everything went smooth)
Now I tried to install Kubuntu 14.04, created a new machine 64b Ubuntu (default value), selected 752MB Ram and 12MB graphic.
Anything else is default.
After I selected the image, the setup does not start anymore. It is still on the "command promt" -> See screenshot.
I have no clue why it wont start anymore 
I would prefer to stay with VB 5
A reinstall doesnt change the behaviour.
