Version 5.0.14 r 105127 - Error In supR3HardenedWinReSpawn

Hello,

My OS host: Windows 8.1 pro
VM: Windows 7 pro 64bits

The first problem occurred after updating Win 8.1 while I used VirtualBox-4.3.28-100309-Win.
The message displayed at starting the VB was:
"Nonexistent host networking interface, name 'Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi adapter' (VER_INTERNAL_ERROR)."
Error code: E_FAIL (0x80004005).

1) I installed update VirtualBox-5.0.14-105127-Win. But no change.

The first solution was found out in this topic Ticket #11183.
2) I replaced the bridge interface name by 'Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi adapter' (without slashes), probably modified by Windows updating, in each appearance in the file called "Win 7 64bits.vbox".

The problem seemed to be resolved because the VB started but the Internet connection was not possible.

3) I installed again (repair) VirtualBox-5.0.14-105127-Win and its extension pack Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.0.14-105127.vbox-extpack

Now I even cannot open Win 7 machine and the window displayed is:
********************
VirtualBox - Error In supR3HardenedWinReSpawn
NtCreateFile(\Device\VBoxDrvStub) failed: 0xc000000e
STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE (112 retries) (rc=-101)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.
where: supR3HardenedWinReSpawn what: 3 VERR_OPEN_FAILED (-101) - File/Device open failed. Driver is probably stuck stopping/starting. Try 'sc.exe query vboxdrv' to get more information about its state. Rebooting may actually help.

And after this window is displayed:
The virtual machine 'Win 7 64bits' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\Bertrand\VirtualBox VMs\Win 7 64bits\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.

Code d'erreur :
E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Composant :
MachineWrap
Interface :
IMachine {f30138d4-e5ea-4b3a-8858-a059de4c93fd}
********************

Herewith the VBoxHardening.log content.

Even with rebooting win 8.1 there is no change.
VT-x in the BIOS is correctly enabled.

Is anybody may help me ?

The result of the 'sc.exe query vboxdrv' command is:

SERVICE_NAME: vboxdrv
TYPE: 1 KERNEL_DRIVER
STATE: 3 STOP_PENDING (STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE, IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)
WIN32_EXIT_CODE: 0 (0x0)
SERVICE_EXIT_CODE: 0 (0x0)
CHECKPOINT: 0x0
WAIT_HINT: 0x0

Some advance :

1) I removed VBOX from the OS host (win 8.1) with using "programs and feature" menu of Windows
2) I reinstalled VBOX version 5.0.14 r105127 with its extension pack.
For these who are afraid to removed VBOX because they think loosing their VM sessions : even with removing VBOX, your VM session is stored.

3) Now the VM start again but the network does not work :
No way to access Internet with IE browser on the VM.
On the other hand, the LAN works well between host and VM.

:!:
4) I disabled bitdefender firewall on the host and miracle, the Internet connection works again on VM !

Now the question is: how can I do to allow Internet connection on bitdefender ; virtualbox.exe is already allowed in the bitdefender rules.

The rules configuration is:
Name: virtualbox.exe
Network Type: Any network
Protocol: Any
Permission: Allow.

I check the program path of virtualbox.exe: it is OK.

The adapters configuration is:
Adapter: VirtualBox Host-Only Network - VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter
Network Type: Trusted
Stealth Mode: On
Generic: Off.

Maybe we can stop this topic and open an other for the Internet connection problem.

The "Error In supR3HardenedWinReSpawn" problem is solved.

I let site moderator decide it.

No, the topic is not closed because I found a solution to the first problem.

I remind the reader about my problem.

I used VirtualBox-4.3.28-100309-Win which worked well with:
- Host : Windows 8.1 pro 64bits
- VM : Windows 7 pro 64bits
- Bitdefender Total Security 2015
- Malwarebytes anti-Malware Premium.

After a Windows 8.1 update, the VM did not start anymore (see previous description).

I tried VirtualBox-5.0.14-105127-Win but in this version, the Internet connection does not work because of the bitdefender firewall.
Maybe someone has got the solution to this problem.

Anyway, the solution found was to reinstall previous version of VB (VirtualBox-4.3.28-100309-Win):
1) I uninstalled VB5.0.14
2) I rebooted win8.1 host
3) I reinstalled VB4.3.28 and its extension pack
4) I rebooted win8.1 host.

The Internet connection is now available again on my VM :D

Sorry, the topic should have been called:
