I recently installed Windows 98 to play some games I had when I was a kid. The games installed and worked perfectly, but the audio is very bad. It lags with the video, and cuts out every few milliseconds.
Require assistance.

Re: Audio - Windows 98
Does this happen with the specific game only, or is it an issue with audio in your Windows 98 VM? Please read the following: Minimum information needed for assistance.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

Re: Audio - Windows 98
It happens on the games I load. I have two games I installed on the VM and they sound extremely laggy... Not really sure what is going on.socratis wrote:Does this happen with the specific game only, or is it an issue with audio in your Windows 98 VM? I have also had other issues with VirtualBox in the past, and they were fixed with a simple reinstallation.
I can try and attach a video or send you one personally to show you what is happening. I have tried changing the audio drivers in VB, but they don't seem to affect anything since the sound doesn't work with the other drivers VB has to offer.
