3D games performance

I am running VirtualBox 5, is there a way to configure the windows 10 guest VM for maximum perfomance? I clicked on 3D acceleration.
The game's 3D graphics is glitched, but that's ok because it's playable and in fact produce more FPS than my host system!

The second problem I have is with mouse. The "mouse look" in the game is too sensitive, so I can't really pan the camera very well, it either goes all the way to the top or very quickly to all the way down! Is there a way to make it more smooth and controllable?

Thanks!

as matter of fact, I tried to enable 3D acceleration by clicking on the box, the game then renders properly, but it's a lot slower!
Is there a way to fine-tune the 3D acceleration?

No, not from within VirtualBox, as far as I know. It's a on/off type of setting. The only option you have is to fine-tune your game. Keep in mind that you're one of the lucky ones. Virtual Machines are not really a gaming machine.
