I can install VB but cant install Any Guest OS

I dont know why,, but i cant install any OS in virtualbox, why? thought its a windows 10 issue ,, but cant find any clue! it was working fine while i was using windows 7, after the upgrade to windows 10 it breaks forever -_- i also did a fresh windows 10 installation to see if it fix!
I disabled the antivirus/run vb as administrator but still it fails.
any thoughts on running a linux dist in virtualbox (latest version). its more than urgent.
I am trying to install a Ubuntu Desktop version to test if it works ,, but not working..

What's your antivirus? Did you try to uninstall it completely? Sometimes disabling it might not be enough. Also, take a look at the thread:

Thanks, i am using ESET SMART SECURITY. I installed VB after the win10 installation ...
My PC Config is Corei7, gigabyte haswell board..

I have uninstalled Eset antivirus and re-installed virtualbox 5.0.14 but still having issues while running any guest OS.

It looks like you might have some updates from Microsoft that are causing the signatures of key DLLs to be invalid. Mind you, there might be more/newer updates that are causing this, and the list is not complete. Further reading :

There is no specified updates were installed on my computer :/
also i have "VMware Workstation 12 Player" installed on my computer which works fine, but problem is that vagrant didnt support vmware, so i need virtualbox.

Maybe vagrant is the problem, not VirtualBox or Windows.
