It seems that your software is trying to communicate with a server(?) or another computer. So, if I were you, I would focus on the network settings.
- What are the network settings for the VM?
- What are the network settings for your host?
- Are you running a firewall on your host?
- Does the software say what they're trying to communicate with?

Thanks a lot for reply.
I dont think so this software communicate with any computer. because it works with the same condition under "Microsoft Virtual PC".
I disable anti virus and firewall on host and guest, but not change.
I tried all available network setting in Virtual box. but not change
My Network (Host) seting is in automatic.
I am not expert user.
also i search this msg and found something relate to netframwork and programming. but I dont know what is that.

I'm afraid you didn't mention the conditions for VirtualBox or VirtualPC. I can't compare Unknown1 with Unknown2. So, unless you tell me more, I can't know.

But, if you're sure that you're not communicating with another computer, I can't see how this can be a VirtualBox issue (which is a hardware emulator) and not a misconfiguration on the software side. Add to that that the articles that you linked to point to actual, physical systems.

Is there a way to get a hold of the software that fails? A demo or trial?

That software automatically retrieves a license key. Where is this license key stored? On a network share or on a removable drive (CD or USB)?

Dear guys
I am happy.
This issue is resolved.
I install Virtual Box and this software on another pc and it's work!
I compare both of them, and I found different in VirtualBox setting.
In my PC "Acceleration tab" was disabled. And I search how can I enable it............I uncheck "Hyper-V Hypervisor" in Windows features.
Now every things is OK.
