Fatal Error Creating W8 Virtual on Macbook

I had built a machine and had the .iso for the Windows 8.1 Enterprise on my MacBook Pro (MacBookPro5,3). When I started I got a Fatal Error and VirtualBox asked that I check the Community for help and provide a log.
I'm new to the forum and wanted to be sure I was in the right place before I uploaded the log in case it contained too much personal information.
Thank you.

Typically you would post either in the "Windows Guests" or in the "Mac Hosts" section, depending on where you think the problem comes from. For example, if none of your guests would boot, then the "Mac Hosts" would be the correct place. But "Using VirtualBox" is fine, I guess, for newcomers.
Now, as far as the personal information in the logs; there is NONE. So, please read the following:
Minimum information needed for assistance. As far as the "VBox.log.zip" goes, here's what you do:
- Start the VM.
- Observe and record the error message. EXACTLY. Post a screenshot if you have to.
- Shut down the VM (if it hasn't aborted by itself).
- Right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager.
- Select "Show Log..."
- Save it, ZIP it and attach it in your response (see the "Upload attachment" at the bottom of the form).

Moved to "Windows Guests".
The title says "W8" but the first post mentions Windows 8.1. These are two different versions of Windows. Make sure you chose the correct template (i.e. 8.1, not 8.0) when creating the VM
And please be precise about error messages.
