Problem with VB 1.62 on Linux with Openfiler ISCSI Target

Hello All,

I have successfully used VMWare Server on CentOS 5 Linux Host, with Openfiler as a SAN using ISCSI... and Windows 2003 Server Guest

In the above configuration, my CentOS Linux Host runs VMWare Server and ISCSI Initiator to Openfiler... Therefore I am able to store all my Virtual Machines on Openfiler as a SAN using ISCSI...

When I try the same implementation with VB 1.62

1. I am able to start the VB Machine it boots from the DVD Image (Windows 2003 Server)
2. It allows me to Partition and Format the Disk
3. It then copies the initial setup files before rebooting

4. When it reboots I get NTDLR corrupt error

I have narrowed down the problem to this:

1. If I create the VB on the same local disk as the HOST its works fine
2. But over my ISCSI its giving the NTDLR corrupt error...

Anyone wants to help with this

Additional Updates...

I have connected my PC to my Openfiler SAN ISCSI LUN using Micrsoft ISCSI Initiator...

Using VB for Windows and Created a new VM and point the VDI to the SAN... Its Installs and Runs with no problem...

This rules out any issues with my OpenFiler SAN ISCSI Target

NEXT STEPS...

I am going to rebuild my LINUX HOST and see what happens
