VirtualBox Error on Windows 10 When Starting New VM

I was trying to create an Ubuntu x64 virtual machine. I set up everything with my own settings, but keep getting this error when I try to run it.

I have no idea how to fix this, please tell me if I am doing something wrong. I can share my settings for the VM if needed.

Would you mind sharing some (actually all) of your settings? I haven't got the faintest idea what they might be. Generally speaking, unless you absolutely know what you're doing, it's not the best idea to change the settings proposed by the default template.
