SHared Folder mount

Hey,
I'm running VB on Ubuntu host
My guest is Debian
I want to mount a shared folder from my host into my guest but I need help.

The folder is defined in VB shared folders settings (permanent configuration)

how should I permanently mount this folder in my Debian (I need to mount it in /mnt/DATA_VM ) and keep r-w access for all users?

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here.
