Windows Mobile Sync

Hi,
I'm runnig virtual box 1.6.2 on my pc with ubuntu 8.04. I installed Windows XP in the virtual box. Now I want to synchronize my PDA with windows mobile 6 with win xp in my virtual bix. But I can't activate the entry in the list of usb devices.
What can I do?
