I've added current user to vboxusers group.
After that usb flash appeared as usb device in virtual machine usb devices list.
After selection of that usb device as active virtual machine usb device it appeared in windows 7 guest but there is some kind of erroer in driver for that device there. There is an exclamation mark near this device in windows 7 device manager and try to update driver from the internet provides "There is no need in update" message as result.
How to fix error with the driver and make usb device visible and fully working in the windows 7 host?

If it's a USB3 device then you need to install xHCI drivers, since Win7 has none as standard.
If you need to continue this conversation then please post a VM log file: With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
p.s. I couldn't see why we needed to see a SuperUser link asking the same question, so I deleted it.

I've tried to use usb 3.0 devices drivers mentioned in post
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=68847
But every driver from this thread says my system(win 7 32 bit) is unsupported.
Inf files also does not support direct installation.

Sorry, I have no need for Win7 USB3 drivers myself, so I can't tell you how to install them. Presumably you Google for Intel 32bit xHCI drivers, and follow their instructions.
