microphone does not work in guest

Host: Windows 7
Guest: Windows 10
I have 2 microphones attached to host computer:
one is inside MS LifeCam and another one connected directly to the soundcard.
None of them works in guest.
Windows 10 Cortana is shown without the mike icon,
