Install the Guest Additions. See chapter 4 of the user manual.

Thank you for this tip. After installing the guest additions it works. I can choose now a resolution of 1920x1200

But I have another question. How can I use a custom resolution of 1860x1030?

I have ever tryed it hereby: VBoxManage setextradata win10 CustomVideoMode1 1860x1030x32

But this resulution didn`t appear in Windows 10.

Just drag the window border to the required size. You can also try sending the running VM a video mode hint (VBoxManage controlvm <vm> setvideomodehint).

Don't try to give the VM the whole screen. If you want fullscreen then select fullscreen mode, don't force the window size.
