We here dont have high speed internet, its speed is very slow.
I request you to upload a zipped compressed copy of virtual box.
If its 50 or 60 mb or less, it will be a great help.
Please help, its a request.

The downloadable VirtualBox packages are already compressed. They cannot be significantly compressed further.
