Migrating RHEL VM from Parallels to Virtual Box

Can someone point me in the direction of a guide or insight on how to accomplish this? I am sick of Parallels instability with Linux and am looking to move towards VB.

There is no guide. The procedure would depend somewhat on what the guest OS is.
Guest OS aside, you would uninstall the Parallels guest tools, use VBoxManage to convert the drive to VDI format, then create a new VM around the VDI. Try to end up with the VDI inside the VM folder, otherwise it will cause problems in future.
