install VirtualBox

I tried to install VirtualBox in version 5.0.14 on windows 10 and always ends with the following error:

installation failed! Error: unrecoverable error during installation

any ideas?

Check the MD5 checksum on the download. Otherwise, Google for how to enable MSI error logging.

Microsoft provides the MSI installation system Virtualbox uses to install itself. You should google for how to turn on logging when running a MSI installer, then the log will tell you where the failure happens.
