I'm gonna say it's a noob question. Trying to use operating systems like Windows 95, 98SE, and XP, this came up. I do not know what to type to commence startup. I tried Yahoo Awnsers, all failed and I was offered no more solutions. It says floppy device 0 is empty if that would affect it. Maybe I applied them wrong. I tried commands like cd C:, Win, DIR, I don't know how to explain it. Thanks if you can help me, I don't know if I can explain in a way that can let you.
