I, too, encountered the same error.

I used VBox version 5.0.15r105158 and Win7 SP1. Same error for the official release 5.0.14r105127. Hence, I tried the release 105158.
Guest is Windows 10 (32-bit), no guest additions.
The Win 7 system has 4G total memory, 3.25G usable by Win7, allotted 1024MB for guest win10 in Settings.

Attached are the minimum (I hope) required info.

You seem to have a lot of issues with the signatures of system DLLs. Take a look at: Discussion of Problems due to Hardened Security and see if anything in there can help you. I would start at the end of the thread. Typical culprits are antivirus, hacked themes and debuggers.

Also, because it's a Win7 host I would note that there has been several occasions in recent years where a Windows update has corrupted the certificates database. This wouldn't necessarily be noticed until you ran any software which bothers to check DLL certificates as VirtualBox does.

This is brought to mind because I see that even one of VirtualBox's own DLLs (VBoxRT.dll) is lacking a trusted certificate.
