Guest OS Freezing After ALT-TAB-ing

I'm new to the whole Virtualbox thing and am in need of it to emulate OSX so I can develop for iOS.
After following [removed], however it seems that after a random amount of selecting other windows in my host system running Windows 10, the Guest completely freezes - however the little icons beneath the guest panel still recognises as receiving input from my mouse and keyboard, so Virtualbox itself hasn't crashed.
I'm running the latest Virtualbox and trying to install OSX [removed].
