Computer System: HP with Intel 2 Quad CPU 8 GB, OS: Windows 10 64 bit
VirtualBox VM 5.0.12 r104815
Guest Additions installed
Host: Windows 10 64 bit, Host RAM: 8 GB, 6 GB available
VM: Windows 10 32 bit RamSize 3 GB
VM: Windows XP professional

I'm only running VB with VM Windows XP for the test.

I use a small upload program (made in C++) for uploading
files to my external server.
If I run this program under Windows 10 64 bit it works ok.
If I run this program under Windows XP prof (stand alone) it works ok.
If I run this program under VB > VM XP prof it does not upload:
the connection to the server is ok, the file is opened but the
content is not uploaded (the size of the file stays 0 ).
The same happens when I load VB > VM Win10 32 bit.
I suppose there is something wrong in my settings of the
VB > VM's.
For the test I started VB > VM XP and only started the upload.exe,
closed down the VM XP. I don't see anything strange in the log files...
Anyone a suggestion?

Hi mpack
The file protocol I'm using is ftp.
So using the C++ classes CFtpConnection and CInternetSession.

Outside the VM it works ok - but both in VM Win10 32 bit and VM XP it does not work...
