Have had trouble lately running any VMs. Regardless of existing or new. Upgraded and uninstalled VBox several times. Same issue.

If existing and new VMs have the same symptoms, then maybe you're running into the Hardening condition. See the post Discussion of Problems due to Hardened Security. Also, you haven't upgraded as you've claimed, because the log says you're running 5.0.2 and we're up to 5.0.14. Upgrade to the latest and if you have any problems, you might notice that in the error message it talks about "VBoxHardening.log". Try to follow the instructions.

Oh, I forgot... Next time you post a VBox.log (congrats for doing it on your 1st post!) you should shut down the VM before doing so, otherwise it comes up truncated.
