Guru Meditation Error on El Capitan

Hi! This is my first topic. I hope this is the correct section and I hope you can understand my very bad English.
I'm trying to create a new Virtual Machine running MAC OSX El Capitan following a youtube tutorial.
When I try to run the virtual machine it display the Guru Meditation Window. I tried to use less memory but it does not work, so I ask you to help me.
