ERROR: VirtualBox 5.0.14 | Windows 10 | Vagrant 1.8.3

Morning all. I am getting the following errors after trying multiple versions of VB from 4.3 to 5.0.14, as well as different versions of Vagrant and with all of them I get the following error:
FAILED TO LOAD COM OBJECT.
Callee RC:
REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG (0x80040154)
I have deleted registry entries, removed folders. And still nothing. I ran the VBoxSVC.exe /ReRegServer command and nothing.
It all used to work until windows 10 updated recently with a massive update!!!
