Virtual Box Remote Display User Groups?

If I am understanding Virtualbox Authentication Options I have the following choices
1- No Auth. Basically anyone on my lan with RDP client has shell access to VM
2- Simple Auth - I need to add each user login to each virtual machine configuration file
3- Windows Auth (External) - If the user exists on the host then they have shell access to VM
I would like to use option 3 but be able to setup a specific Windows User Group with access to Specific Virtual Machines. Is this possible? This way when I need to add/remove a user I just do it in Windows instead of going with option 2 and having to give everyone a separate login for the VM.
I have about 5 virtual machines on my server. I would like to setup Groups in Windows who have access to certain machines. For example I have several old Windows XP Desktop Sessions setup to access some old DOS software some of our users still need access to. But I also have a couple Linux Servers that I would like only our Admins to be able to access.
Thanks!!!
