I reinstalled virtualbox I tried several versions , I have removed machines and have returned to import and follow me without leaving the details of the machines ( the preview ) and I can not make snapshots.

I think what you're trying to say, but I'm not 100% sure. Could you repeat the problem, posting a screenshot if you have to?
