Invalid Drive D:\ When installing VirtualBox

In the past, I downloaded VirtualBox on a USB flash drive. I now no longer own that drive, and I want VirtualBox back. So I went on the website, got the latest version, and started the setup. Almost right when it starts, it gives an error:
Invalid Drive: D:\. It then tells me the following:
Running Home Premium 64-bit with Intel Core 2 Duo. HLP PLZ THX.
I try the setup again, reinstalling the setup, deleting the connections to the drive, rebooting my system, everything I can think of. Nothing solves the problem.Oracle VM VirtualBox 5.0.14 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again.
