I have noticed that on my dual quad machine i run ubuntu as my main machine version 15.10.

I am trying to run windows 10 64 but is is running so slow. i have extremely high specs on this maching 32 gig of ram and 8 physical cores yet my windows machind with lower specs runs far better but it runs windows 10 as the main os any help would be nice

Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.

Probably a combinaton of :-

• Typical new Windows install blues (lots of updates and indexing going on).
• No Guest Additions installed == graphics apps not happy bunnies.
• Something on the host seems to be eating I/O bandwidth.
