Se puede correr windows 2000 en Virtual Box

Que tal, ojala puedan ayudarme, tengo un equipo Lenovo H30-00, con un celeron J1800 a 2.4 Mhz, RAM de 4Gb, HD de 500GB con windows 8.1 Bing, quisiera saber si le puedo instalar Virtual Box, para emular Windows 2000 y asà poder instalar un programa que se conecta a un PLC y maneja un proceso de secado, por favor ayudenme, gracias

Yes, it is possible install Windows 2000 as a guest in VirtualBox, and the J1800 processor seems adequate. Of course you will need a Windows 2000 Install CD. Remember not to overspecify the VM for a 16 year old operating system! For example, 256MB RAM is probably plenty. 1 core maximum, since the Celeron only has two cores and the host will need the other.
