The same error on Intel i7-6700K with ASRock Z270M Pro4 (default settings) with AMI DuoS Android ARM emulator based on VirtualBox.

Are you sure it's the same error?
First of all, you're on a Windows host. Second, there seems to be a flood of search results for "event 19 windows". Third there are a ton of results on "event 19 windows i7-6700k" and none (of the first page results) has anything to do with VirtualBox. It seems to be more of a generic error that gets triggered from various sources.
