VB crash with "PulseAudio: Failed to drain stream: Timeout"

I've run into this twice in the last few days. I'll be typing in my VM guest, and all of a sudden the entire VM window goes away / crashes. Looking at the machine logs, I see the exact same message in both logs, once after 15 hours, the other after 21 hours:
Searching on the forum doesn't bring anything up. I was using VB 5.0.12 until a few minutes ago; I just now upgraded to 5.0.14. Anyone else see this or know what is happening?
